QUESTIONNAIRE
I am interested in tracing the career paths of women who began their careers in the 1970s and 80s or early 90s especially those who were/are directors or worked with small-scale women's or other ‘alternative' theatre companies (including experimental work, ‘political theatre', lesbian and gay work etc.) I am calling this the women's theatre scene. It would be very useful to get written responses at this stage to help structure this enquiry further. I am also interested in contacting younger women in theatre about how they view these issues today.
